Prior to joining the Breeders' Cup, Pettigrew worked for the National Thoroughbred Racing Association where he worked with horse industry leaders including the Breeders' Cup, The Jockey Club, Stronach Group, Churchill Downs and New York Racing Association to develop national partnerships.
